Patriots’ Path Council is proud to maintain a well-balanced funding model that ensures more than 90% of every dollar raised is returned directly to benefit our Scouts, their families, and our local Scouting units. Every contribution is fully dedicated to staying local, supporting high-quality programs and services, while also strengthening key initiatives such as the upkeep of our camps and the growth of our endowment fund.

Scouting Forward – Annual Fundraising Campaign
Each year, Patriots’ Path Council raises nearly $3 million to support local Scouting. From an individual giving campaign known as Friends of Scouting that engages more than 2,000 donors to our special fundraising events, you can directly impact the Scouting program. You may also be able to increase your impact through employer matching gifts or volunteer service hour donation programs. Every gift directly supports Scouting programs and leadership development.
Wish Lists
In addition to our annual fundraising needs, we are committed to ensuring every Scout can fully participate regardless of economic resources, from joining fees and uniforms to the memorable experience of summer camp. Beyond scholarships, our two wish lists offer meaningful opportunities to support camp construction and maintenance at Mount Allamuchy Scout Reservation in Stanhope and Winnebago Scout Reservation in Rockaway, as well as essential Scouting program needs.
Leave a Legacy
Funding the future of Scouting begins with you and your desire to make a lasting impact. Celebrate a special milestone with a tribute gift honoring an individual, a commemorative paver in Scout Plaza at our Council Service Center, or an Adirondack Chair at your favorite camp. Endowment contributions, which are permanent, may be designated to the James E. West/Second Century Fund, the Thomas A. Pepe Scout Scholarship Fund, or as a planned gift.
Other Ways to Support Scouting
Beyond traditional giving, Patriots’ Path Council offers unique ways to support our Scouts. Order custom items from our local shops, purchase or donate memorabilia and patches, or support Scouting through a popcorn purchase. Have a vehicle or boat you no longer use? We make donating easy. Consider hosting your next meeting or event at the Council Service Center in Cedar Knolls or at our camp properties in Stanhope or Rockaway.
