Can I Order online? What is the best way to send you my order?
- Yes, we take online orders! Sending your order to our email is the best method. For pickup at the Kurland Family Scout Shop in Cedar Knolls; send orders to [email protected] For Mountainside; send orders to [email protected]
How do I update the information or authorized user for my unit account?
- Your Committee Chair can fill out the necessary information on the unit deposit agreement form which can be found here. The form can then be turned in at the Scout Shop or E-mailed; For Cedar Knolls send to [email protected] or for Mountainside; send to [email protected]
What paperwork do I need to include in my online orders?
- For an advancement order, you must include an advancement report run through ScoutBook, and attach it to the email or bring it in. It is also highly recommended that you provide the Purchase Order from ScoutBook, as that makes it easier for our staff to fulfill the order.
How long does it take to fulfill an order once placed?
- You can generally expect it to take 2 business days for orders to be ready for pickup. We will let you know when your order is ready via an email response.
